At first I thought that it was just another hoax just like Jackie Chan who always die in the news, but to everyone’s regret it is very true… Yesterday, July 13, 2013 at the age of 31, Cory Monteith was found dead in his room at The Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia.
I knew him as Finn Hudson on Glee, of which I was a fan for it’s 1st and 2nd seasons, and then I just got tired of it and stopped watching it. But I remember the good 2 series and I love it. He was in a relationship with his Glee co-star, American actress Lea Michele.
On March 31, 2013, it was announced that Monteith had voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction. He had previously received substance abuse treatment over a decade earlier, when he was nineteen. His treatment was completed on April 26, 2013. (via Wikipedia), but the police haven’t confirmed yet if Drug Abuse was the reason of his sudden death.
He is so young and very talented. Condolences to his family and friends.
