Racks is one of our family’s favorite restaurants every time we are craving for american food. That is why we are delighted when they have opened a new store near our area here in the south- Evia Lifestyle Center.
Every time we will crave for a juicy “fall-off-the-bone” ribs, we don’t need to go very far to satisfy our cravings anymore.
We even visited this newly open store last December. The southerners were so excited that when we went there we stayed outside because there was no more available space inside the store. I have noticed that they now have TV monitors just like other American restaurants that I am familiar with.
Besides the one here at the South, they also opened another store at the North which is located at Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
Last Thursday, yours truly was invited to check out their newly open store at Timog. Their new store debuted a new cozier look.
According to Chukri Prieto RACKS Managing Director, they want to show the Southern Country style feel on Racks restaurants because Racks serve classic Southern country style dishes.
RACKS’ new interior design has warm tones accentuated by dark wooden panels. Stone bricks were also used as pillars and covering for the indoor grills to give them a more rustic feel.
These are the dishes that were served to us during our visit.
Other RACKS branches are El Pueblo, Festival Supermall, Greenhills, Paseo de Magallanes, Paseo de Santa Rosa, Robinson’s Manila, SM Fairview, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North, SM Pampanga, SM Southmall, The Fort Strip and Trinoma.
