I want to blog, say something, rant, tell stories.. but I can’t find the words to start. The news about the effects of Super Typhoon Yolanda that hit Eastern Visayas is the reason why I am feeling this. I can’t even explain what I feel right now.
I just want to thank the nearby countries for all the donations and help they have extended to the Philippines. I think it is very generous of them and if used properly by the Philippine Government, it can really help the victims get back on their feet by providing for their needs. And can even re-build buildings or help us set-up some defensive measures so that this kind of catastrophe will not happen again.
It’s been 5 days after the Super Typhoon landed on the Philippines, but until now the relief operation haven’t reached all the affected areas yet. It’s really sad and depressing 🙁
CNN is now covering the event, and I hope that the Philippine Government will work overnight to do what ever they can to help all the victims.
If they need to bring all the survivors to another town (less affected by the Typhoon) then they should do it now. It is better I think, so that the distribution of relief goods can be easier. They can even clean the areas better if there are no people around.
This are just my 2 cents, and I pray for all the survivors to keep their faith and stay strong.

I pray that all the assistance, financial and in kind, would reach all those who needed it and not fall to government officials who want to keep it for their own.
