It is my dream to have a rest house at the top of a mountain or near the beach. I would like to spend my golden years on any of those places together with my family. This was also my mother-in-law’s wish when she was still alive. There we will feel the relaxation that we need and deserve. I know that maybe some of you also dream of living somewhere like that.
If you have the resources now, there is a place not very far from the Metro where you can build and reach that dream and have a place of your own at a hidden gem of Batangas- Laiya. There are lots of beaches at Laiya Batangas since it is now one of the favorite beach destination of locals and tourists a like.
My first time to have been there was 2 years ago when I attended a friend’s beach wedding at the Virgin Beach Resort. Upon stepping my foot on the sand immediately fell in love with the place.
Playa Laiya by Landco Pacific Corporation is here to help you have your dream house here. Imagine yourself getting away every weekend from the busy city and indulging the great outdoor to relax, unwind, rejuvenate and be recharged for the next working days. This is what the place is all about. Lot owners can already enjoy Playa Laiya’s Beach Club.
The other day, I was invited to check out what Playa Laiya has to offer. Our itinerary was to meet up at Alabang around 7am and travel to San Juan Batangas by 8am after we had our breakfast. I slept around 12pm prior to this day tour so I decided to catch some sleep in the van, I woke up already at the gate of Plaiya Batangas. It was exactly a 2.5 hours of travel from Alabang.
Playa Laiya is a private and exclusive seaside community, which explains why this beautiful place has only a few guests when we arrived there. I like it, because that is what I want and I think others to who like to have a quiet and relaxing get away from the ordinary busy life in the metro.
This is the drop off point going to the Beach Club House.
This is the view of the place upon entering it. A spectacular view of the beach from the infinity pool.
Located at the beach front, the BEACH CLUBHOUSE features an adult and kiddie pool, jacuzzi, beach side cabanas, event gardens, picnic areas, and more.
Playa Laiya is not only a place to go for those searching for leisure and relaxation but also for those who wants to have fun and an active beach lifestyle.
I am glad I had the chance to try to do the following water sports for the very first time here: Snorkeling, banana boat and speed boat rides while some of the media also tried kayaking and jet skiing. I also saw some people playing Frisbee.
I don’t have a picture of me doing these sports activities since I don’t have a water proof camera booohooo…..
Here is the breath taking view of the beach:
Ms. Maritess De Ocampo, Landco Pacific Corporation AVP for Corporate Communications told us that before the year ends, Playa Laiya will be opening its newest lifestyle amenity- THE BEACH PARK. In here, lot owners and their guests can make picnics, barbeques, lounging and even camping. Check out https://www.globosurfer.com/best-camping-grills/
