I did not had the chance to watch the Pacquiao-Marquez fight yesterday because we went to the mall to stroll. Everyone’s talking that Manny was knocked down by Marquez and can’t get up at once, I can’t believe hearing this. That’s why when we arrived home, I immediately looked for the replays on Facebook and YouTube, and to my surprise, they were absolutely right.
While watching the replay, it broke my heart when I saw Jinkee Pacquiao crying while her husband was on the floor motionless. I can’t imagine myself on her shoes. She can’t go on the ring to check Manny right away, and what she can only do that time was cry and pray.
I have read a lot of reactions after the fight, and here were some of it:
- How many Mexicans can take down Pacquiao. Just JUAN. How many Mexicans had fallen through the hands of Pacquiao. MANNY.
- In victory as in defeat, Manny displays tremendous grace. That for me is the character of a true champion.
