I am so sorry for not updating often here; I am busy as a bee nowadays (choos). Anyway, I would like to share with you my FitFil experience for the past 2 weeks. I think that joining this boot camp was one of the best decisions that I have made. I would like to thank Ms. Janette Toral for this opportunity that she has shared to me.
As I have mentioned, I joined the C-Lium Blogger Challenge last year so I already knew the techniques to have a fit and healthy body. Unfortunately, my laziness kicked in after the challenge so my dream to have a slimmer and healthy body was compromised.
I am glad that on the FitFil boot camp we have motivational coaches and nutritionist that teaches and monitor our progress every week. Our nutritionist also made an FB page group wherein we are asked to post our day to day meals there.
The first week on the boot camp was very hard, since I was idle for how many months, after our hardcore workout I felt that my muscles were all aching. They were stretched once again, Yipee!!! What was surprising though was after that, the next workouts that I did my muscles did not hurt anymore.
I wasn’t expected it, I thought that my body will be sore every workout because it was so intense. I think because I was doing it every other day, my body was able to cope up with the challenge and I felt that I am getting stronger.
For 2 weeks (equivalent to 6 sessions), we did Circuit core training, Tabata workout and a few workouts that I can not remember the names, but what I am sure is that it was all new to me (except the 4 minutes warm up workout). These exercises are all making my heart pump faster.
Last Saturday, all the FitFil participants from BGC, MOA and ATC joined the Run Bonifacio at The Fort. I was late for our call time, but I am glad that I arrived before our designated wave. The Run Bonifacio was the best fun run I have ever had so far. It is because of the clever Guardia Civils that chased us (runners) in almost every area. They took my 2 life flags by surprise. It’s a good thing I secretly kept one hidden around my belly LOL. Or else, I will go home luhaan hahaha.
For the next 6 sessions I am expecting and preparing myself for more intense workouts compared to the the first 6 sessions. I know that the fitness coach will challenge us even more.
I was inspired by all the motivational coaches “Before” and “After” photos, and I hope that even after this boot camp I will be able to maintain the healthy lifestyle that I am doing now.
Here is my recent picture (taken last Thursday- November 28)
Lord, please remove my laziness and I hope to reach my goal of 118 lbs. soon.
