It was recorded that Metro Manila had the hottest temperature the other day at 35 °C and will continue to be that way on the succeeding days. People working at the fields need to hydrate more, and put sunblock to protect their skins from harmful rays. It will not be a surprise if you will find a lot of people staying at the malls everyday. This is the only place you can feel cool while saving from electric bills brought by air conditioner units at home.
I can’t imagine the uncomfortable feeling of women who are on menopausal stage right now. For sure they are more hot headed and grumpy, so if you know someone who is undergoing this phase of her life then don’t mess with her. What you may do to help her is to give her some tips, if you are younger than that person, tell her that you have researched Hot Flashes treatment that may works (make sure that you really did some research).
I remember that my mom did some 30 minutes exercise everyday to reduce hot flashes. Wearing cotton clothes during hot weather may work since it will help the skin to breathe. I have also read that taking Vitamin E can also help to relieve menopausal hot flashes.
Oh I just hope the weather will be cooler on the next couple of days.

It’s hot alright. And it’s not good for pregnant women either. I’ve have headaches almost everyday for the past couple of weeks and it stinks. Good luck when I get my electricity bill end of this month.
