Is Garnier Pure Active Products effective?

Last time, I posted here the picture of my nephew who happened to have a lot of pimples (read related article HERE) .

I gave him the Garnier Pure Active Pimple Roll On and Garnier Pure Active Facial Scrub that I have received from the event of Garnier and Geiser Maclang to see if these products are really effective.

Here is the BEFORE photo:

And here is the AFTER photo that was taken after 3 weeks

Note that there are no photoshop editing whatsoever. The effect is so obvious on his face, the pimples are significantly lessened (although not totally gone) and his skin gets clearer and whiter.

Because of this, I therefore conclude, that Garnier Pure Active Products (roll on and scrub) is effective and highly recommended.
