I want to live at Ayala Westgrove Heights!

Ayala Land is one of the trusted real estate developers of my in-laws.  They lived at Ayala Alabang for more than 10 years then decided to transfer to Sta. Rosa 2 years ago, and yet they still choose a house which was located at an Ayala Property.  That is because they are confident that Ayala Land will provide the same benefits and security wherever the location is.  My family spent some time in my in-laws’ new home for 2 days and while we were there, I really felt the distinction of having a property at Ayala.  It is so peaceful there, the neighborhood are disciplined, the guards are courteous and the amenities are awesome.  For me, they have the best place I can ever think of, And when I heard that Ayala Land will offer a prime location for VIP residents, oh gosh! that would be really spectacular!

Last October 15 (Saturday), I was given the opportunity to visit Ayala Westgrove heights together with other bloggers.  When I told it to my sister-in-law, she said this to me “…that place is for high class people”, when I heard it I felt more excited to see the place.

We were picked up by a shuttle bus at Ayala Makati, and left around 2:00PM.  Since we frequently visit my in-laws’ house at Paseo de Sta. Rosa, I estimated our time of arrival would be around 3:30 PM which is a 1 and a half hours travel time including the traffic.  I was surprised that our travel time was cut to 15-20 minutes since we took the newly opened Acacia drive.

This newly opened Acacia drive is a plus factor to people who want to live in an urban place and yet still close to their working area, selected schools and hospitals.  Imagine, it will only take you 40-60 minutes drive from Sta. Rosa to Makati.

This new drive is really a milestone in Ayala Westgrove Heights’ 12 year history which will surely make coming home even more enjoyable.  Acacia drive, is aptly named because of it’s tree lined streets and scenic roads which give residents a more leisurely drive going home.  The 20 minute drive from Alabang will be shorter given that residents who will be issued an exclusive pass to go through the spine road to Ayala Westgove can take the Mamplasan Exit.

I’d really love to stay at Ayala Westgrove, and if only I will win the Lotto, I will buy my house and lot there.

Here are some of the reasons why I love it there:

1.  The air is fresh because there are lots of trees, flowers and green grass around the area.

2.  If I will stay there I think I will be fit since it will be hard for me to say “no” to the breathtaking sceneries that will welcome me every morning whenever I jog or walk.  A 3 kilometers walk or run everyday will surely make me fit, yay!

3. There are no electric wires or huge electric post that might fall down or be broken when a strong thunderstorm arrives which will be a danger to it’s residents.

4.  Knowing Ayala Property, they will assure you that you are safe and will get what you have paid for.

5.  It’s so nice to spend your Golden Years in the place (hayyyyzzzzz…….)

I’ve been thinking that maybe soon they will put cable cars in the place just like the ones at Tagaytay Highlands, oh that will be another plus factor to all the prime residents of the place.

How I wish I will win the Lotto, so that this dream of mine will come true!!!
