I know I don’t need to relay on food to make me feel better, since afterwards, it would only make me feel even worse. I also need to discipline myself not only in eating but also in taking care of our finances. Being debt free can only be achieved if you know how to strictly follow the monthly budget.
I think being on time is just one of the things I am proud to say that I know how to follow.
If only self discipline can be bought at the nearest store then I will be the first one in line to buy it.
Do you have some tips in mind on how to discipline yourself? I am like a baby who needs to be reminded once in a while, so don’t raise your eyebrow okay 🙂
