Being health conscious and having a regular exercise routine is my personal fitness regimen. Like everybody else I joined the running bandwagon and started joining fun runs and marathons last year. You could say I’m a late bloomer but hey, it’s better late than never right? I also got my whole family in the running habit to keep us fit and ready for any running event that may come up.
While I might be content with my simple regimen of a well balance diet and regular exercise, there are those who go overboard with their fitness routine. Aside from regularly pumping iron in the gym and maintaining a strict diet they even go to the extent of taking in food supplements like those being offered by Predator nutrition. These are sports supplements that help boost the performance of athletes and body builders. I’m not just talking about protein bars and protein shakes here. You can find muscle building supplements, Prohormones, Creatine and a whole caboodle of products that boosts physical performance. However, anyone who takes in supplements that may affect their health should always consult a medical professional before popping supplements to rule out possible complications or side effects.

To be honest, this is what I need now. Since I started working online, I never had exercise just like what I did before.

Getting into fitness and health is easier said than done. Anyway, it’s good that you’re health conscious as it will really helps you in the long run.
I don’t really understand why fitness has to become a trend. Never mind the celebrities of course. But anyway, shouldn’t the sole purpose of staying fit be having a healthy body?
As for your effort to stay fit, I totally envy you. I lack discipline. But then again, I’m rail thin so I never really had enough reason to do something. XD
im trying to be healthy but never really interested with protein shakes, bars, supplements… i think need un ng mga nag bubuhat for muscle building…
I hope to have a healthy lifestyle but I don’t know where to start. I can’t help myself from eating too much when the food are delicious. 🙂
try Zumba or jogging 30 minutes every morning. Once you have tried it you will get hook
I don’t believe in health bars and stuff just normal eating is good already.
I was at the gym yesterday and forgot to bring my water bottle, I got a drink that says Carnitine 🙂 it helps burn fat faster…afterwards I had a protein bar to help repair my muscles…and I love it coz it’s vanilla flavored 😀 if in doubt about supplements, have tuna or egg whites for your proteins!

Well this supplements will help you be fit, but what makes you more be fitter and healthier is your drive to continue exercising. Without motivation and inspiration is hard to have sexy body. 🙂
