There’s a new restaurant in Bahayang Pag-Asa near my son’s school, it’s called Bianca’s Firebrick Chicken Restaurant. They have a small space but I want to credit their interior designer for making it looks comfortable and cozy.
Their Menu
They are famous for their firebrick chicken. It is not your usual chicken, you can taste the different herbs and spices used to marinate it. Plus you can choose 1 out of 4 different kinds of sauce with your meal.
They have new items in their menu, and this one is my favorite.

I like their cucumber drink also. It is perfect for the hot weather, so refreshing.
I would like to try their pasta and dessert next time.
