Last Monday (April 16) I post here My Yuko Yamashita Hair Treatment experience at Akira Hair & Make-up Studio.
I post that I felt bad because I found out when I checked the deal at AWESOME.ph that there were some procedures that was left behind and that I felt that the P960.00 deal is not worth it because of that. I was surprised that a reader felt that same way and that she wanted to inform AWESOME regarding this. I told her that I will email Akira directly regarding our concern but forgot to do so because I was too busy doing other things. It’s good to know that this girl still emailed AWESOME regarding this, and because of that Jeffrey Siy of AWESOME left a comment here last April 19th and he said that they will investigate what had happen with our hair treatment.
The next day (April 20), Jeannie from Akira Studio emailed me, expressing her apology and explaining that even though the procedure was reduced to 4 steps, the treatment used was more intense unlike the 6 steps, so the effect is still the same.
I am glad that they take critics and comments from their customers seriously because of the fast reply. Honestly I am not expecting this, my intention on giving the review was just to inform my readers about my experience with their salon.
I accept Akira’s apology about the failure of informing me that they changed the original procedure. I appreciate their immediate action regarding this.
Also, I want to thank AWESOME.ph for the support they extended to Crissy and me.

Blogging has its benefits, too, and this is one of them. I’m glad they apologized. By the way, I linked this blog in my Pensive Thoughts blog under “Interesting Sites.”
